Can I manage multiple vehicles per client in DetailFlowPro?
Yes. Each customer record can have multiple vehicles attached. For fleet accounts, you can create separate vehicle records for each unit in the fleet and track service history independently for each vehicle.
Does DetailFlowPro support recurring bookings for fleet clients?
Recurring appointment templates are on the product roadmap. Currently, fleet operators typically duplicate a booking for the next service date at the end of each visit. Automated recurring scheduling is in active development.
Can fleet clients book online, or do I manage their schedule manually?
Both options work. Some fleet managers prefer to give their fleet contact a booking link for self-scheduling. Others prefer to manage the fleet calendar internally. DetailFlowPro supports both approaches.
