Do I need to manually enter customer information?
No. Customer profiles are created automatically when a customer completes their first booking. Name, phone, email, vehicle details, and booking history are all captured without any manual entry.
Can I import customers I already have?
Yes. You can import existing customers from a CSV file. If you're switching from another platform (Jobber, Housecall Pro, spreadsheet), export your customer list and import it into DetailFlowPro from the Customers section.
Can I add notes to customer profiles?
Yes. You and your staff can add notes to any customer profile or individual booking. Notes are only visible to your team — customers don't see them.
