Which payment processor does DetailFlowPro use?
DetailFlowPro uses Stripe for all payment processing. Stripe is the same payment infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and millions of other businesses. You connect your existing Stripe account or create a new one (free) during setup.
Can I require a deposit instead of full payment?
Yes. For each service, you can configure whether customers pay a deposit (a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the service total) or the full amount at booking. You collect the remainder at the time of service.
How quickly do funds reach my bank account?
Stripe deposits funds to your connected bank account typically within 2 business days of the transaction. The exact timing depends on your Stripe account configuration and bank.
Does DetailFlowPro charge a commission on payments?
Yes. In addition to standard Stripe processing fees, DetailFlowPro charges a platform commission of 1–5% depending on your plan. Higher plans have a lower commission rate. This commission covers platform infrastructure and fraud protection.
