How many staff accounts can I add?
Growth and Professional plans support unlimited staff accounts. Each staff member gets their own login credentials.
Can staff see financial data or customer payment information?
No. Staff accounts have restricted access by default. They can see their assigned bookings, the booking calendar, and customer service notes. They cannot see payment totals, billing settings, or account configuration.
Can staff book appointments for customers?
Yes. Staff with booking access can create new bookings on behalf of customers directly from the dashboard — useful for phone-in bookings or walk-ins.
Is staff management available on Starter?
Staff accounts are available on Growth ($99/mo) and Professional ($199/mo) plans. Starter plan is for single-operator detailing businesses.
