Common questions
When are reminder texts sent?
DetailFlowPro sends a reminder 24 hours before the appointment and again on the morning of the appointment. The exact timing is configurable in your settings.
Can customers reply to confirm or cancel?
Yes. Customers can reply to the text with a simple "YES" to confirm or "CANCEL" to cancel. Their reply updates the booking status in your dashboard. You see confirmed and unconfirmed bookings at a glance.
What if a customer opts out of texts?
If a customer texts "STOP," they are automatically removed from future SMS reminders. This is handled by the platform — you don't need to manage opt-outs manually. The customer's profile is flagged as SMS opt-out.
Is SMS available on all plans?
SMS reminders are available on Growth ($99/mo) and Professional ($199/mo) plans. The Starter plan does not include SMS reminders.
