How to use this template
In your DetailFlowPro admin dashboard, go to Bookings → Export. Download the CSV file for your selected date range.
Open the exported CSV directly. All columns match this template exactly — no reformatting required.
In Excel: select all data → Insert → PivotTable. Drag Service Category to Rows and Total Booking Value to Values. Instantly see revenue by service type for any period.
Filter the Assigned Staff column to see revenue generated per technician. Combine with Booking Status = Completed and Review Requested = Y to see review conversion by staff.
Most accounting software supports CSV import. Use Total Booking Value, Payment Method, and Stripe Payment ID columns to reconcile with your Stripe dashboard and bank statement.
